Building 12 Roof: Roof sheathing shows damage and is deteriorating on the N and S side of the building. Outside patio rotted, eastside fence also rotted. Roof shows pending throughout - some areas very soft and bubbling. Trash & Debris on roof. Cooler louvers and pads left on roof. T-Tops missing and not properly installed. Cooler/Electrical: Cooler rusted with lime build up, no cooler stands, old pads, not sealed. Improper electrical connections to coolers, exposed wiring, stands knocked over, missing parts. Decks, Railing & Stairs: Deteriorated deck panel surfaces, blistering, chipping and falling off on north and south sides. Loose railing NW side, wood rot in some decks planks. Sidewalks: Sidewalk from complex 11 to 12, southwest side of 12 lifted and poses a safety hazard.
