BUILDING #9 Electrical meters tagged blue 9101, 9102, 9204. Recently replaced deck blanks, wood wrought present stair way to 2nd floor, deteriorated, several metal trays rusted through. Evidence of sewer back up present. West side fence 10' x 16' cement clab broken up is now consider debris gas meters pinned 9204(no meter), 9102, 9101. HLopez. 1 3ply B/U roof has been patched, decking underneath very soft. Roof shows ponding in 5-6 areas. Roof coating deteriorating. Trash and debris left on roof many pigeons on the roof- nesting. extra cooler left on roof. water heater missing west side. Rear porch beam deteriorated, outside rafter rotted. South east cooler not working- electrical box lying on the roof. North east cooler not connected at box open- wiring exposed. South west cooler running no water improper electrical connection and duct work not properly sized for cooler. North west cooler not working all coolers rusted- properly maintained. 3 coolers lack stands raised only 1/2" off the roof. RVidal/ GGoodman
