Support beam for upper deck bent approximately 2 " of square. Railing deteriorating from supports in front of apts 7209 & n7210 WS. Exterior Premise and Fencing: Some slats missing though out. Gas meters pinned 212, 105, 211, 104, 210, 209, 103 and 102. H. Lopez 06/09/2008 Roof: Roof shows signs of ponding throughout, roof patched in 5-6 different areas. Roof worn and deteriorating. Trash & Debris on roof. Pigeons very bad on this roof nesting in the coolers. Old cooler on roof. T-top caps missing. Plumbing vents too short, exhaust \fan missing cap. Lifting in NE corner. Cooler/Electrical: 1. Cooler rusted with lime build up, not sealed, missing cooler stands, missing parts. 2. A/C duct work. 3. Electrical connections to cooler not properly installed.
