Building 4 Roof: Roof in very bad condition. 1. Patched areas throughout roof, patches are deteriorating, ponds everywhere, roof coating deteriorating. 2. Front of Southside of roof shows leaks-plywood patched underneath with a layer of plywood and 2x2's. Old cooler. 3. Vents missing caps or need extending. Cooler/Electrical: 1. Coolers rusted with lime build up. Old cooler pads not maintained. 2. Coolers not sealed, or the seals are cracking. All coolers are missing the stands. 3..
