10/23/2007 INSP - FULL BCORRALE Correction Required Received call via phone from E14a stating that a lock box had incorrect key in box, could not open north gate. Went to location on 10/18, gate was open but key did not work to unlock padlock. Spoke with management (Karen Horner) ,who stated that maintenance was working on it. Maintenanece replaced padlock, furnished FD with a key to put in lockbox. Violation abated 10/18.
