Kolb Rd. #110 Tucson, AZ. 857 RE: Fire Inspection Dear Sir, The Tucson Fire Department has conducted a fire safety inspections at the above stated business on November 20, 2007. At that time a notice was issued indicating the corrections required to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Subsequent re-inspections were also conducted on December 4 and December 12, 2007. We were unable to gain voluntary compliance. Compliance is required by the 2006 International Fire Code w/Modification 901.6 Inspection, testing and maintenance. Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective... 906.2 General requirements. Portable fire extinguishers shall be selected, installed and maintained in accordance with this section and NFPA 10. This letter is to inform you that if the above stated necessary corrections have not been completed by December 27, 2007 a citation will be issued which will require an appearance by you in court with a probable fine.
