Valencia 85706-5950 Pre-Citation Notice An inspection of the kitchen hood extinguishing system was conducted on 10/9/07 and found to be not in compliance. Currently a report dated 8/20/07 is indicating noncompliance. A report has been given to Rosie Cruz and Angela Norzagaray, managers at the Wendy's on 3171 E Valencia in Tucson, AZ. A certificate of inspection was submitted and showed the system has failed inspection, this system is not being maintained properly. This is in violation of IFC 901.6. You have until October 24, 2007 to properly maintain this kitchen hood system, or litigation shall be started.
