Fire pump still is in need of repair. IFC 901.6 The following shall be completed before 10-23-07; Repair fire pump Retest fire pump Submit new fire pump test to TFD for review. 2). During reinspection there was evidence of smoking materials extinguished near combustible material. In the future: all evidence of smoking will be photographed and sent to The City of Tucson Prosecutor's Office for possible litigation. IFC 310. NO SMOKING ALLOWED 50 feet from building. 3). Extend sprinkler coverage into office. IFC 901.6 This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 10-23-07. A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with these Tucson Fire Code requirements could result in civil litigation under; City of Tucson Ordinance 9609.
