01/29/2007 INSP - AST/UST JLANGEJA Correction Required Met Mr Adkins, Richard Byrd on property to inspect tanks. 2 USTs found on site. Tank 1 (westside) is 3500 gallon steel tank. Vent needs to be raised to 12' above ground. There was less than 1" on stick when measured. Tank 2 (eastside) is 350 gallon steel tank that will need a vent installed. Unknown quantity in tank, will stick when ready to add vent and secure
01/29/2007 VIOL - FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS JLANGEJA Violation IFC 3404.2.13.1.1- Temporarily out of service. Underground tanks temporarily out of service shall have the fill line, gauge opening, vapor return and pump connection secure against tampering. Vent lines shall remain open and be maintained in accordance with Sections 3404.2.7.3 and 3404.2.7.4. 1. All flammable and combustible liquids shall be removed from the tanks. 2. All vents shall be intact. 3. All appertenances shall be secured against tampering.
02/21/2007 INSP - REINSPECTION JLANGEJA Correction Required The vent lines that were installed are PVC and shall be replaced with steel pipe. The short vent on the west tank shall be capped.
