someone (not sure if it's neighbors or passerby's) is continually filling up the 350 container as soon as we service it. Container is overloaded with landscape material and it gets stuck, so container is not completely emptied. Cust at this point has requested her own 90gln container. But would like to resolve this overload for others in area.
