6450 E GOLF LINKS RD APT#1160/RAINTREE APTS/LEAKAGE IN BEDROOM AND HAS NEWBORN BABY AND TWO SMALL CHILDREN IN ROOM WHERE LEAKING OCCURS. SAYS THAT SHE WAS TOLD BY MAINTENANCE MAN THAT CATS GET ON THE ROOF AND URINATE AND THATS WHERE SMELL IS COMING FROM. Further I advised her to contact me again if the roof still leaked after the repair was asaid to be complete. Follow up 08-03-07. |
