He stated that a roofing contractor had been contacted. The contractor was supposed to be out today however they were delayed due to numerous storm related calls. I spoke to the tenant and advised her the roofing contractor was scheduled to be there tomorrow. I advised her to cantact me in the event the contractor did not show up tomorrow. Further I advised her to contact me again if the roof still leaked after the repair was asaid to be complete. Follow up 08-03-07. |
