07/09/2008 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JORTA Approved REQUEST VIA CELL PHONE TO GO TO SITE for a possible unsecured pool. Found pool unsecured, called property manager to secure by contractor by 5:00 pm or the city will secure w/contractor. Various options were discussed, where the manager asked me to cancell the city contractor. The end result was that the manager finally accepted the city's contractor. See SIRE for photos and documents. BILLING DUE.
