02/22/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MADE PRE-COURT INSPECTION AND FOUND; A) Barricades remain in place for the pool. B) Detached storage and pool house not secured. The laundry room door was found not sercured and open and the sliding glass window was also open.
02/20/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MADE F/U INSPECTION AT APPROX 1:00PM. FOUND THAT THE SLIDING WINDOW AT POOL HOUSE WAS NOT SECURED AND WIDE OPEN. NO INSPECTION TO DATE HAVE BEEN MADE ON THE YARD FENCING WHICH ALSO SERVES AS A POOL ENCLOSURE.
01/17/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved THE HOUSE ISSUES HAVE BEEN ABATED and a permit was obtained for the electrical. Electrical approved by DSD.
I called the property manager and left a message w/Katie for Craig to give me a call back. A permit and inspections is still required for the new pool enclosure.
12/18/2007 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved NO RENTAL SIGN AT FRONT. HOUSE APPEARS VACANT. FRONT TREE CUT DOWN. FRONT YARD LOOKS GOOD. CARPORT GATE REPAIRED TO SELF CLOSING AND SELF 1 AT DIG. COMBO LOCK INSTALLED, BUT NOT LOCKED. THE GAP AT THE EXISTING CARPORT WALL TO WEST NEIGHBOR HAS BEEN CLOSED UP. POOL UNSECURE. STILL IN PLACE. WATER LEAK REPAIRED. PARK HOME DOOR AND WINDOWS INTACT. BEHIND POOL HOUSE CLEANED UP. A/C REMOVED FROM FRONT OF SERVICE. SERVICE IS CLEANED UP.
09/14/2007 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved STATUS IN AM THE SAME, EXCEPTION:
A)LAUNDRY DOOR IS LOCKED.
B) BROKEN WINDOW AT POOL HOUSE.
C) GRASS AND WEEDS ARE MORE ABUNDANT AND HIGHER
D) A NEW FENCE HAS BEEN ERECTED AT THE ALLEYWAY- COMPLETE AND THE WEST ZONE BETWEEN FRONT AND REAR.
THE FIND IN WOODEN VERTICLE 3" TIGHT SLATS, 6 IN HEIGHT WITH THE 2X3 HORIZONTAL SUPPORTS OF 18, 42 AND 66" IN HEIGHT TO THE TOPS.
E) THE REAR FLORD LAYER HAVE BEEN REMOVED, THESES WERE WIRED WITH EXTENSION CORD.
