GAS CO WOULDN'T HOOK UP UNTIL MANAGEMENT PUT IN WRITING THAT THEY FIXED PIPES SO HAS NO GAS FOR 3 MONTHS. SWAMP COOLER IS 47 YEARS OLD. WATER IS LEAKING FROM ALL 4 CORNERS OF COOLER. HUGE HORNETS NEST OUTSIDE WHERE THE COOLER IS. TOILET KEEPS OVERFLOWING, IS NOT GETTING FIXED. ROACHES INSIDE, CALLER IS SETTING HER OWN BOMBS OUT. CALLER HAS TOLD MANAGEMENT AND SHE CAN'T GET ANYONE TO CALL HER BACK. KITCHEN SINK SPOUT IS BROKEN, ALSO DRIPS IN LAUNDRY ROOM DRAIN. WATER IS SHUT OFF WITH NO NOTICE. HAS TO TURN OFF COOLER WHEN THIS HAPPENS SO MOTOR WON'T BURN UP. TEMP IN APT RIGHT NOW IS 102°. NONE OF THE WINDOWS INSIDE WILL OPEN, THEY ARE ALL NAILED CLOSED. PERSON IN LAUNDRY ROOM IS SPRAYING THE WALL AND IT IS LEAKING INTO HER APT. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS HAVE BEEN DESTROYED. POLICE WERE CALLED LAST NIGHT. CALLER STATES THAT MANAGEMENT WON'T FIX ANYTHING.
