STOVE IS INOPERABLE
TOILET FLUSH HANDLE IS BROKEN. KITCHEN SINK IS NOT CONNECTED TO AN APPROVED DRAIN. DRAINS THROUGH WALL INTO A BASIN INSIDE THE WASHROOM. NO ACCESS TO WATER HEATER. DOOR IS NAILED SHUT.
