I explained the requirement for permits to the property owner and he assured me that he would obtain all necessary permits. I issued a NOV which was mailed 06-11-07. One permit for electrical repairs was issued 06-18-07. Nothing however related to the plumbing work. I called the management office 07-11-07 and left a message requesting a return call for a status update on the plumbing permits. Follow up 07-16-07. |
