| 07/11/2007 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Correction Required | Initial inspection conducted on the 6th of June. Discovered several open trenches trhoughout the property. I made contact with some workers who stated the trenches were for the replacement of some electrical and water lines. I was later contaced by the property manager and ultimately the property owner whom confirmed the statements of the workers. I explained the requirement for permits to the property owner and he assured me that he would obtain all necessary permits. I issued a NOV which was mailed 06-11-07. One permit for electrical repairs was issued 06-18-07. Nothing however related to the plumbing work. I called the management office 07-11-07 and left a message requesting a return call for a status update on the plumbing permits. Follow up 07-16-07. |
