MULTIPLE ELECTRIC FIXTURES AND OUTLETS WITH EXPOSED WIRING ARE PRESENT. ADDITIONAL 15 AMP ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT HAS BEEN ADDED TO MAIN BOX WITHOUT PERMITS. SIX OUTDOOR LIGHTING FIXTURES AND ONE OUTLET HAVE BEEN ADDED ALONG THE EXTERIOR FASCIA WITHOUT PERMIT. FIXTURES HAVE EXPOSED WIRING AND OUTLET IS NOT GFCI RATED. VARIOUS OUTLETS AND FIXTURES THROUGHOUT HOME INTERIOR ARE HAZARDOUS AND/OR IN BAD REPAIR. BATHROOM #1 (NEAR ENTRANCE): OUTLET IS NOT GFCI RATED. LIGHT OUTSIDE BATHROOM IS MISSING GLOBE. BEDROOM #1 (CHILDREN'S ROOM) EAST WALL OUTLET IS DAMAGED AND NEEDS REPLACEMENT. NORTH WALL OUTLET HAS LOOSE WIRING, NEEDS REPAIR. * WEST WALL OUTLET IS MISSING COVER AND HAS HOT & GROUND REVERSED (HAZARDOUS CONDITION). CEILING FAN NEEDS GLOBE AND CHAIN. BREEZEWAY: CELING FAN IS INOPERABLE. WALL SWITCH HAS GAPS AND EXPOSED WIRING. HALLWAY: WALL SWITCH HAS GAPS AND IS INOPERABLE. LIVING ROOM: OUTLET WITH EXPOSED WIRING AND MISSING COVER. KITCHEN AREA: OUTLETS ARE NOT GFCI RATED. THE TWO MAIN WINDOWS AT THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE ARE BROKEN, NOT IN A STRUCTURALLY SOUND CONDITION, AND NEED TO BE REPLACED. SMOKE ALARM OK. MR.
