VARIOUS OUTLETS AND FIXTURES THROUGHOUT HOME INTERIOR ARE HAZARDOUS AND/OR IN BAD REPAIR. BATHROOM #1 (NEAR ENTRANCE): OUTLET IS NOT GFCI RATED. LIGHT OUTSIDE BATHROOM IS MISSING GLOBE. BEDROOM #1 (CHILDREN'S ROOM) EAST WALL OUTLET IS DAMAGED AND NEEDS REPLACEMENT. NORTH WALL OUTLET HAS LOOSE WIRING, NEEDS REPAIR. * WEST WALL OUTLET IS MISSING COVER AND HAS HOT & GROUND REVERSED (HAZARDOUS CONDITION). CEILING FAN NEEDS GLOBE AND CHAIN. BREEZEWAY: CELING FAN IS INOPERABLE. WALL SWITCH HAS GAPS AND EXPOSED WIRING. HALLWAY: WALL SWITCH HAS GAPS AND IS INOPERABLE. LIVING ROOM: OUTLET WITH EXPOSED WIRING AND MISSING COVER. KITCHEN AREA: OUTLETS ARE NOT GFCI RATED. THE TWO MAIN WINDOWS AT THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE ARE BROKEN, NOT IN A STRUCTURALLY SOUND CONDITION, AND NEED TO BE REPLACED. SMOKE ALARM OK. MR.
