BACKUP OF SEWAGE HAPPENS A LOT AND IT HAPPENED ON FRI 03-09-07 AND THE CARPET DIDN'T GET CLEANED UNTIL MON 03-12-07. THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM. MANAGEMENT GETS DEFENSIVE WHEN APPROACHED - BLAMES TENANTS. SEWAGE TANKS HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED IN A VERY LONG TIME. A LOT OF ELDERLY PEOPLE LIVE THERE AND CAN'T CLEAN THINGS UP THEMSELVES. CALLER SAYS THAT MANAGEMENT EVENTUALLY DOES CLEAN THINGS UP BUT THAT IT TAKES TOO LONG. -Mel
