MANAGEMENT GETS DEFENSIVE WHEN APPROACHED - BLAMES TENANTS. SEWAGE TANKS HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED IN A VERY LONG TIME. A LOT OF ELDERLY PEOPLE LIVE THERE AND CAN'T CLEAN THINGS UP THEMSELVES. CALLER SAYS THAT MANAGEMENT EVENTUALLY DOES CLEAN THINGS UP BUT THAT IT TAKES TOO LONG. -Mel
