12/20/2006 FOLLOW UP CODE VIOLATION DCOX Approved Met with contractor, SOS Restoration at site today to review damage. Upon secondary inspection the roof structure is mostly intact and not burnt. The rafter tails and overhangs, approximately 2' are charred and burnt, however the remainfer of the roof deck/sheathing is unaffected. The remainder of the house is in need of restoration. All interior surfaces are damaged. All electrical, mechanical, plumbing above finished floor, wallboard and all windows are damaged beyond repair and must be replaced. Photos are in SIRE.
