11/21/2006 INSP - FULL EGRIFFIN Approved 1). Tree is obstructing address. IFC 505 2). Repair self-closing door, 1st floor hallway. IFC 703.2.2 3). Repair electrical light fixture at apt 122 4). Currently 3000 square foot office/business area has fire sprinkler that has been disconnected. This must be repaired or removed. To remove an appeal must be sent Deputy Chief Uthe IFC 901.6 states: 901.6 Inspection, testing and maintenance. Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. Nonrequired fire protection systems and equipment shall be inspected, tested and maintained or removed.
