09/08/2006 INSP - AST/UST JLANGEJA Correction Required This is from an original permit issued in 2003. The previous owner never got a final on the tanks. One tank has been converted to diesel. Due to the length of time, a tank tightness and line leak detection test is required. LPG has been removed.
09/08/2006 VIOL - MOTOR FUEL DISPENSING JLANGEJA Violation IFC 2203.2- An approved, clearly identifiable sign shall be provided at the emergency disconnect. It shall read: "EMERGENCY FUEL SHUTOFF".
