08/29/2006 INSP - AST/UST JLANGEJA Approved Called Mr. Dile and he stated that he had not had a chance to look for paperwork . He said he would get to it tomorrow. Began drafting a Pre-Citation to be delivered at the end of the week.
08/31/2006 INSP - REINSPECTION JLANGEJA Approved Delivered pre-citation to Mr. Dile at 11:45 am at 5623 E 22nd st. I asked him to read the letter and asked if he had any questions about it. He stated that the 2003 IFC does not apply because of when the tank was installed. I tried to explain that the tank has not been in compliance and that the permit he had from 1995 is expired. I made it clear that if he did nothing that we would have to involve city legal.
