Exposed wiring shall be repaired. 2003 IFC-605.5.2 A working space and clearance of not less than 30 inches in width, 36 inches in depth and 78 inches in height shall be provided in front of electrical service equipment (panel). 2003 IFC-310.3 No Smoking signs shall be posted throughout the warehouse in conspicuous locations. The warehouse has a sprinkler system that is monitored by central alarm. There is moke detectors throughout and a fire alarm system. I will follow up in two weeks to do the final inspection. |
