THERE IS A HOUSE LOCATED ON PROPERTY NEXT TO THE WOODEN NICKEL. THE HOUSE IS IN BAD CONDITION AND IS UP AS A RENTAL. THE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN EARLY MID 70'S AND IS FILLED W/ ESPESTES/LEAD PAINT/ELECT. WIRING IS EXPOSED AND WIRING IS OUTDATED AND DELAPITATED WIRING./TENANTS WERE GETTING ELECTRACUTED WHEN OPENING GATE/ON ONE OCCASION THE POWER WENT OUT DUE TO ELECT. PROBLEMS/ ELECTRICIAN DUG INTO GROUND AND FOUND PATCH JOBS THAT CAUSED ELECT. SHOCK ON FENCE. THE PROPERTY AS A WHOLE IS CONECTED BY ELECT. POWER SUPPLING ENTIRE PROPERTY. THE BACK DOOR TO THE HOUSE TO RIGHT THERE IS AN ELECT. EXPOSED WIRING. ROOF ALSO HOLDS BAD WIRING. THE TENANT WHO USED TO LIVE THERE STATES THE IT IS UP FOR RENTAL ONCE AGAIN AND THE PROPERTY OWNER IS PASSING IT AS A COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE SO THAT THEY ARE NOT DICLOSING THE LEAD PAINT TO TENANTS. THE NATURAL GAS METER WAS TOOKEN OUT THERE IS SMELL OF GAS INSIDE CRAWSPACE OF HOUSE. THERE IS NO METER AND NO WAY OF HAVING GAS. SEWAGE PROBLEM THEY IS EVIDENT UNDER CRAWSPACE. GARBAGE DEBRIS/ TANK OF OIL BURIED UNDER GROUND NEAR END OF PARKING LOT AND NEAR A METAL BUILDING.

11/03/2006 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved Inspection revealed a business property with what appeared to be a Single Family Residence located in the N/E corner of the parcel which was posted as "For Rent." The parcel is Zoned I1 for Industrial use. SFR's are not permitted in "I" zones. There were at least 4 structures on the property. The only "approved" site plan in record dates back to 1972 and shows only 2 structures and a proposed third structure. The Pima County Assessor's record of the parcel agrees with DSD records and lists 3 structures. One in 1959 @ 528 sq.ft., 2 in 1975 @ 880sq.ft and 1131sq. ft. There is much storage and many motor vehicles on the perperty. There doesn't appear to be any kind of business operation at the location. There are no signs or offices or other typical indicators of a business. Furthermore there is record of a Certificat of Occupancy for the property. A notice of Violation will be issued upon completion of research and inspection.
