07/27/2006 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT MROMERO Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH IWNER RAY WESTIN AT THE MANAGERS OFFICE, ASKED MR.WESTIN WHERE THEY WERE AT WITH THE REPAIRS TO THE UNIT, MENTIONED THAT REPAIRS HAD BEEN MADE THAT WHEN HE WENT INSIDE THE UNIT AND SAW THE CONDITION OF THE UNIT AND BECAUSE OF THE TROUBLE TENTANTS YOUNG SON HAS CAUSED, MANAGMENT MADE THE DECISION TO TERMINATE THE LEASE, 30 DAY NOTICE WAS GIVEN, TENTANT APPEALED THE APPEAL GOOD TO 60 DAYS FOR THE END OF SEPTEMBER. TENTENT HAS STAYED CURRENT ON RENT BUT POOR CONDITION OF THE UNIT IS CAUSING ROACHES TO APPEAR IN THE SURROUNDING UNITS. WALKED POOLS WITH MANAGER FOUND THAT FENCING HAD BEEN SECEALD AND RE-WELDED REBAR WAS DRIVING INTO THE GROUND AND THEN WELDED TO THE FENCE POSTS MATCHING THE EXISTING. KNOCKED ON DOOR (UNIT 122) RECIEVED NO ANSWER, DID HEAR PEOPLE INSIDE KNOCKED SEVERAL TIMES STILL NO ANSWER. RAY WESTIN DID MENTION THAT SINCE THE LAST VISIT THEY HAVE SEEN LITTLE OF THE TENTANT.
