05/25/2005 COMPL - INITIAL INSPECTION GDAURIA Approved Per phone call from Capt. Summers on 5/23/05, I went to site at 8am and spoke to complaintant Francesca Mariana in unit 611. Several buildings were being stuccoed (all at different phases). Bldg. 600 was being lathed. Ms. Mariana said that she had concerns about exiting her unit, with scaffolding at the sidewalks, mud on the concrete and plastic over doors and windows. She also complained of a lack of action by mgmt., DNR personnel the previous day and the contractors. I explained to her that all walkways were clear as was confirmed the previous day by MA12. I understood her clostrophobic concerns about the plastic on the windows and doors. I told her that I would work with the contractors to have them cover only one window at a time and not put plastic covering the door. I worked it out with the workers and mgmt. I also told her that any other code concerns she would have would be addressed after this heavy construction phase by performing a full building complex inspection at that time.
