02/09/2005 INSP - FULL EGRIFFIN Violation 1). Currently fire access road have "narrowed" from the required 20 width. There are 2 roads, and both are necessary. Also an additional road shall be maintained in rear of lot, as discussed. Tucson Fire Codes state: 503.2.1 Dimensions. Fire apparatus access roads shall have an unobstructed width of not less than 20 feet (6096 mm), except for approved security gates in accordance with Section 503.6, and an unobstructed vertical clearance of not less than 13 feet 6 inches (4115 mm). Maintain (widen) all fire access roads to 20 feet in width. Establish new road to rear of property.
02/09/2005 INSP - FULL EGRIFFIN Violation 2). Currently no ABC multi-purpose, type extinguisher exist on property, and both water extinguishes are in need of recharge. TFC 2604.2.6 states; 2604.2.6 Fire extinguisher.
