12/13/2005 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE JHURD Correction Required 12/10/05, RECIEVED CALL FROM MIKE MAINT. MAN WHO STATED THAT HE IS ON SITE WITH ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR AND WOULD LIKE ME TO MEET WITH BOTH OF THEM TO GO OVER ISSUES ON EMERGENCY REPAIRS THAT WILL BE REQUIRED, AGREED TO MEET. VISITED SITE, WENT OVER ISSUES WITH ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR (RON WILKOWSKI) FROM WILKOWSKI ELECTRIC, ASKED RON IF HE HAD ALL READY GONE THROUGH PROPERTY TO SEE CONDITION HE DID, ITS A MESS HE STATED, WENT OVER MAIN ISSUES THAT WAS DEEMED IMMEDIATE AND HAZARDOUS THAT WOULD REQUIRE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, GAVE RON A COPY OF THE NOTICE AND ORDER STATING SUCH, RON STATED THAT HE SHOULD NOT HAVE A PROBLEM REACHING THE THURSDAY 12/15/05 DEAD LINE, IF HIRED, MIKE MAINT MAN STATED THAT HE WOULD HAVE THE JOB.
