DID FIND EXTENSION CORD RUNNING FROM HOUSE UNIT NUMBER ONE TO A FIFTEEN FOOT BY FORTY FIVE FOOT SELF STANDING CARPORT.DROVE BACK AROUND TO FRONT AND A NO TRESPASSING SIGN.CALLED INSPECTOR NUMBER TWO RICK SALDATE,RICK STATED THAT A COMPLAINT CALL WAS INITATED AND THAT WE COULD ENTRY PREMISES.WALKED PROPERTY,FOUND THAT FRONT STRUCTURE OF UNIT NUMBER ONE ELECTRICAL DROP FROM T.E.P. WAS NOT COMPLETED.NEW TWO HUNDRED AMP SERVICE ENTRANCE WAS INSTALLED.UNIT NUMBER ONE LACKS ELECRICAL SERVICE.FOLLOWED EXTENSION CORDS TO SELF STANDING CARPORT.CARPORT HAS IT'S OWN ELECTRICAL SERVICE WITH TWO FIFTEEN AMPERES BREAKERS.THIS IS THE ONLY AREA THAT HAD EXTENSION CORDS.WHILE ON PROPERTY MET WITH TENANT IN UNIT NUMBER SIX-DANIEL(CONTACT NUMBER-520-312-8276).EXPLAINED TO DANIEL WHAT WE WERE DOING ON PROPERTY.DANIEL ALLOWED US TO LOOK AT UNIT NUMBER SIX ELECTRICAL SERVICE.FOUND SERVICE IS DETIORATED,60 AMP SERVICE,ROMEX WIRING EXPOSED. VISITED UNIT NUMBER EIGHT AND MET WITH TENANT DANA-(CONTACT NUMBER 520-250-9454 OR 520-591-5883) DANA ALLOWED US ENTRY TO LOOK AT SERVICE ENTRANCE.FOUND TWO JUNCTION BOXES,FIRST ONE ON LEFT IS MAIN DISCONNECT FOR UNIT NUMBER EIGHT,SECOND JUNCTION BOX IS UNKOWN AT THIS TIME WHAT IT SUPPLIES.THAT JUNCTION BOX IS DOUBLED LUGGED,DETERIORATED,HAZARDOUS,ALSO IS OVER PROTECTED WITH TWO THIRTY AMP FUSES.CALLED HECTOR LUCCA TO RESEARCH PERMITS PLUS FOR ELECTRICAL PERMITS.RESEACH SHOWED RECONNECT PERMIT ONLY.ON PROPERTY HAD TEN VEHICLES WHICH MOST WERE NOT CURRENT ON REGISTRATION.TRASH ,DEBRIS SCATTERED ABOUT.RAN INTO TENANT OF UNIT NUMBER TWO-JOHN(CONTACT NUMBER-520-406-4956),JOHN ALLOWED US TO LOOK AT HIS SERVICE ENTRANCE.FOUND T.E.P. DROP ONE WIRE CONNECTION HAD TAPE OVER CONNECTION,SEVERE DELAPIDATION,TENANT JASON(CONTACT NUMBER-520-349-7449) OF UNIT NUMBER ONE HAD ARRIVED ON PREMISES,JASON ALLOWED US INTO UNIT NUMBER ONE IN WHICH JASON IS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING ALL HIS BELONGINGS INTO UNIT NUMBER ONE,IS NOT LIVING IN THE UNIT BECAUSE OF NO ELECTRICAL IN UNIT NUMBER ONE,EVERYTHING IN UNIT NUMBER ONE IS BELONGINGS OF JASON AND PARTNER.EVERYTHING IS SCATTERED ALL OVER FLOOR AND ROOMS.FOUND MOPED IN LIVING ROOM,HAD JASON REMOVE DUE TO CONTAINING GASOLINE.EXPLAINED TO JASON HE COULD NOT OCCUPY UNIT UNTIL ELECTRICAL IS RESTORED,WENT OVER ISSUSES OF USING EXTENSION CORDS IN LIEU OF PERMINATE POWER.EXTENSION CORDS WERE RUNNING FROM SELF STANDING CARPOT ELECTRIC TO INTERIOR OF UNIT NUMBER ONE.THIS WAS DISCONNECTED BY JASON.HAD JASON REMOVE ALL EXTENSION CORDS.GILBERT VILLA (CONTACT-520-795-8881).GILBERT IS MANAGER AND ALSO HAS POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR WILLIAM SHOBER(OWNER).IN HIS CONVERSION BETWEEN GILBERT AND JASON HE WOULD SHOW UP ON PROPERTY IN A LITTLE WHILE.INTERIOR OF UNIT ONE WAS IN DISARRAY.COULD AND DID SEE THREE PRONG OUTLETSTHIS WAS INSTALLED ON TWO WIRE SYSTEM,DWELLING LACKS SMOKE DETECTORS.CALLED RICK HOLANDER-RICK DID NOT RELEASE CLEARENCE TO RECONNECT POWER DUE TO THREE PRONG OUTLETS INSTALLED AND COULD NOT VIEW REMAINDER OF OUTLETS,HOUSE IN DISSARY AND NO SMOKE DETECTORS,ONCE THESE ITEMS ARE TAKEN CARE OF RICK WILL RE-INSPECT FOR CLEARENCE.GILBERT SHOWED ON PROPERTY ,WENT OVER ISSUES WITH GILBERT.GILBERT STATED THAT HE HAS POWER OF ATTORNEY AND THAT WILLIAM IS IN THE HOSPITAL AND NOT DOING SO WELL. GILBERT STATED THAT HE WILL CORRECT ALL ISSUES AS NEEDED. TOLD GILBERT THAT WE NEEDED TO GET INTO EACH UNIT AND HE IS TO GET WITH TENANT'S TO SET UP AN INSPECTION FOR EACH UNIT FOR TUESDAY -OCTOBER 04,2005.GILBERT WILL CONTACT INSECTOR J. HURD ON MONDAY TO CONFIRM. WAS ALLOWED TO DO AN INSPECTION ON THE GARAGE AND FOUND OPEN AND EXPOSED ELECTRICAL SWITCHES,EXPOSED ROMEX,ADDED ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS WHICH OF WERE ALL EXPOSED.WENT TO REAR OF GARAGE AND FOUND HOT WATER TANK FLU CONNECTION'S WERE NOT SEALED,PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE NOT EXTENDED DOWNWARD,GAS LINES HAVE BEEN ADDED,WATER LINES HAVE BEEN ADDED ALSO,EXPOSED ELECTRICAL LINES.SERVICE PANEL LOOKS NEWER,MISSING BLANK COVERS FOR BREAKERS ARE MISSING,INSPECTED FREE STANDING CARPORT,HAS IT'S OWN ELECTRICAL BOX WITH DOUBLE FIFTEEN AMP BREAKERS IN CARPORT.THIS IS THE ONLY ELECTRICAL THAT IS HAS. |
