SAID THERE WAS A PATICULAR TENANT IN 501 WITH SICK MOTHER AND REFUSED TO HAVE UNIT SPRAYED(MOM HAS BAD ALLGERY'S) BRENDA MENTIONED THAT 5 PLEX WAS SCHEDULED TO HAVE HALF OF NITS SPRAYED THSI WEEK THE OTHER HALF IN 2 WEEKS NOTICES ALREADY SENT OUT. BRENDA MENTIONED # 501 WAS GIVEN A HEALTH AND SAFETY NOTICE AND HAS ALSO CALLED. pIMA COUNTY HEALTH FOR INSPECTION AT 501. UNITS APPEARED WELL KEPT . BRENDA WAS ON TOP OF JOB ALSO MENTIONED THAT SHE PERSONALY VISITS TENANT WHEN COMPLAINTS ARISE. NHARTMAN

WENT TO UNIT 403 KNOCKED ON DOOR, TENANT MARK ANSWERED, ASKED MARK IF HE WAS STILL HAVING ROACH PROBLEM, HE SAID AT ONE TIME BUT THAT UNIT HAD BEEN SPRAYED AND IS NO LONGER SEEING SIGNS OF ROACHES. I ASKED IF HE STILL WANTED UNIT INSPECTED, HE FELT IT WAS NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME. WENT BACK TO OFFICE, MENTIONED TO CHRISTY THAT UNIT 403 FELT ISSUE HAD BEEN ABATED. I MENTIONED TO CHRISTY WHILE DRIVING UP TO COMPLEX I HAD SEEN SHINGLES BLOWN OFF OF THE SOUTHEAST COMPLEX. CHRISTY MENTIONED THAT ROOF SAVERS HAD GIVEN THEM A BID TO DO REPAIRS FOR COMPLEX #6 WHICH WAS THE UNIT IN QUESTION, CHRISTY MENTIONED THAT WHEN SHE LOCATED PROPOSAL SHE WOULD FAX A COPY TO THE OFFICE. ALL ISSUES HAVE BEEN ABATED, DNR HAS NO FURTHER ISSUES. NO PICTURES WERE TAKEN. CASE CLOSED!!
