THIS WILL BE WRITTEN AS "PERMITS REQUIRED". IN FRONT OF UNIT 15 THERE IS A "JUNKED" MOTOR VEHICLE DAMAGED WITH BROKEN WINDOWS AND OTHER "ABANDONED" FEATURES eg. EXPIRED LICENSE PLATES. THERE IS ALSO AN ENGINE BLOCK ON THE GROUND ADJACENT TO THIS VEHICLE. THE PROPERTY ALSO HAS A COUPLE OF REFRIGERATORS OUTSIDE OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM WITH THE FRONTS PUSHED UP AGAINST THE STRUCTURAL BLOCK WALL. FURTHER ALONG THIS AREA ARE PATCHES OF TRASH, DEBRIS AND OVERGROWN WEEDS. THE ABOVE VEHICLE, ENGINE,TRASH AND REFRIGERATORS WILL BE REFERRED TO ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES. OTHER ITEMS ABOUT THE PROPERTY REVEAL EXTERIOR DOORS LACKING PAINT, WOODEN LAMINATIONS LIFTING OFF OF PLYWOOD DOOR PANELS. EXTERIOR LIGHTING FIXTURES HAVE MISSING LENSES, GLOBES, OR OTHER PROTECTIVE SHIELDING. EXTERIOR RECEPTACLES ARE ALSO MISSING THEIR PROTECTIVE "RAINTIGHT" COVERS. THE WATER HEATER AT THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS MISSING A TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE VALVE, ALONG WITH ITS' DIRECTIONAL PLUMBING TO SAFELY DISCHARGE AWAY FROM PERSONS. |

I STATED THAT GETTING THE PERMIT WOULD BE A PRMARY ISSUE AND OR SOON AS POSSIBLE LET ME KNOW WHEN THE PERMIT WILL BE OBTAINED. |
