IN FRONT OF UNIT 15 THERE IS A "JUNKED" MOTOR VEHICLE DAMAGED WITH BROKEN WINDOWS AND OTHER "ABANDONED" FEATURES eg. EXPIRED LICENSE PLATES. THERE IS ALSO AN ENGINE BLOCK ON THE GROUND ADJACENT TO THIS VEHICLE.

THE PROPERTY ALSO HAS A COUPLE OF REFRIGERATORS OUTSIDE OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM WITH THE FRONTS PUSHED UP AGAINST THE STRUCTURAL BLOCK WALL. FURTHER ALONG THIS AREA ARE PATCHES OF TRASH, DEBRIS AND OVERGROWN WEEDS. THE ABOVE VEHICLE, ENGINE,TRASH AND REFRIGERATORS WILL BE REFERRED TO ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES.
