THERE ARE GLOBES MISSING AT LIGHT FIXTURES AND THE WALL BEHIND THE TOILET DOES NOT GO DOWN LOW ENOUGH TO ALLOW A BASEBOARD INSTALLATION W/PROPER SEALING.
