THE FRONT DOOR WAS LACKING WEATHER STRIPPING AND WAS FOUND TO BE CROOKED. THE REAR DOOR AT THE KITCHEN ALSO LACKED WEATHER STRIPPING. THE FRONT SLIDING WINDOW GLASS IS SEPARATING FROM ITS FRAME. THE SMOKE DETECTOR WAS INOPERATIVE AND LOCATED IN THE WRONG PLACE. THE FURNACE ROOM IS BEING USED AS A STORAGE ROOM, A THRESHHOLD SEPARATING FLOOR FINISHES IS OF AN EXTRAORDINARY HEIGHT AT APROXIMATELY 1 1/2 ", THIS ALSO POSES A HAZARD. THERE ARE GLOBES MISSING AT LIGHT FIXTURES AND THE WALL BEHIND THE TOILET DOES NOT GO DOWN LOW ENOUGH TO ALLOW A BASEBOARD INSTALLATION W/PROPER SEALING.
