C-13, ASKED OUR JOB PURPOSE, AND IF WE COULD HELP WITH ALL THE BROKEN WINDOWS AND DOORS. CALLED INSP. 2, ASKED HOW TO PROCEDE WITH NOTICE FOR SEVERAL VACANT AND ABANDONED UNITS. HIS RESPONESE WAS TO WRITE THEM ALL UP ON ONE NOV. WALKED THE COMPLEX CHECKED UNITS FOR BROKEN WINDOWS AND DOORS, NO UTILITIES, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE UNIT WAS OCCUPIED. OUR FINDINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS: UNITS: E-3 DOOR KICKED OFF HINGES, OCCUPIED , 0 DAYS E-9 BROKEN WINDOW, HAS CARDBOARD IN LIVINGROOM WINDOW, IS OCCUPIED. E-7 VACANT, OPEN AND UNSECURED D-7 OCCUPIED, BOTH WINDOWS BROKEN OUT OF LIVINGROOM WINDOW.
