FOUND SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNTS OF DEBRIS REMOVED FROM THE INTERIOR. SPECIFICALLY THE KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM AND SON'S BEDROOM. SMALLER AMOUNTS OF DEBRIS STILL LEFT IN THE BEDROOM NEXT TO SON'S AND THE BEDROOM OFF KITCHEN. BOTH BATHROOMS WERE FREE OF DEBRIS AND OPERABLE. SMOKE DETECTOR OPERABLE. INFORMED OWNER THAT CITY RELEASING HOUSE FOR OCCUPANCY AND THAT UTILITIES COULD BE RESTORED WHICH CONSISTED OF TURNING GAS VALVE AT METER AND FLIPING BREAKER AT PEDESTAL. OWNER WANTED DNR TO TURN ON BUT INFORMED HER THAT WE COULD NOT DUE TO UNAWARE IF PARK HAS PROCEDURES AND SHE SHOULD CONSULT WITH MANAGER. SHE RELAYED THAT MANAGER STATED THEY COULD NOT AND THAT CITY WOULD HAVE TO. NOTE: BELIEVE OWNWER CONFUSED AS TO WHAT MGR OF PARK WAS COMMUNICATING. OWNER STATED THAT SHE WAS UNHAPPY WITH HOW TPD AND DNR CONDUCTED INSPECTION AND RESPONSE. STATED THAT ITEMS WERE TAKEN FROM MOBILE HOME AND THAT SHE HAS LAWYER WHO IS TAKING ACTION AGAINST THE CITY. RICK INFORMED HER THAT HE HAD NOT RECIEVED ANY INFORMATION AS OF YET TO THIS EFFECT. OWNER THEN STOPPED CONVERSATION STATING THAT LAWYER INSTRUCTED HER NOT TO DISCUSS THE CASE. RICK THEN SPOKE TO MANAGER (OWNER REQUESTED CONTACT TODAY) TO INFORM OF CITY RELEASE. MANAGER STATED THAT THEY DO HAVE A SPECIFIC SAFETY CHECK THAT THEY FOLLOW PRIOR TO RESTORING.
