inspection John- I finally have the answer! This is it! The University Services Building (i.e. Main Gate, 888 N. Euclid) does indeed belong to the University of Arizona. The land is owned by the Marshal Foundation, but the building is lease/owned by the UA. So we will be taking care of the inspection items that Effram forwarded on to Jose. The confusion came from our Space Management Department. When I asked the question, they thought I was referring to the new Marshal Foundation building on Park at 2nd Street. THAT building is completely owned by Marshal Foundation, even though the UA occupies the upper floors. You can have at that one. Thanks for all your efforts with USB (inspections, drills, etc.). We will be now listing the University Services Building (USB) on our inspection and alarm testing list. -Herb
