PERSONEL DO REFERRAL TO E.S. NO UTILITIES TO STRUCTURE. 3134 E. 2ND ST. WALKED SITE, FOUND SEVERAL WINDOWS UNSECURED & OPEN STRUCTURE APPEARS TO BE UNDER RENOVATION. LARGE AMOUNTS OF DISMANTALED BLOCK WALL, CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS LEFT ON PROPERTY AT WESTSIDE. LARGE AMOUNTS OF DRIED VEGATATION IN FRONT & BACK YARD. W/O/P (1) ADDITION OF PORCH STRUCTURE HAS BEEN BUILT IN A HAZARDOUS MANER. 2X4 MATERIAL USED TO SPAN MORE THAN 4FT. LEDGER NOT PROPERLY SECURED TO STRUCTURE 2X4 USED & SECURED INTO ANOTHER 2X4 WITH WHAT APPEARS AS DRYWALL SCREWS. PICTURES WERE TAKEN. |
