UNIT #52 FOUND: COOLER ON ROOF EMOVED AND LAYING ON ROOF. THERE IS A SECOND COOLER STILL CONNECTED ON ROOF. EVERY UNIT ON SITE IS GETTING NEW A/C UNITS. SOME COOLERS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM UNITS. THERE IS A LOT OF DRIED VEGETATION, JUNKED MOTOR VEHICLES ON PROPERTY. INSPECTOR HAS BEEN ON THIS PROPERTY ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BEFORE. WILL RECOMMEND PROPERTY AS A SABER PROPERTY.
