UNIT #77 FOUND:
NEW A/C UNIT INSTALLED ON ROOF. CONDENSATION LINE INSTALLED AT FOOT OF REAR SLIDING GLASS DOOR CAUSING PUDDLE AT REAR EXIT WAY. COOLER AT KITCHEN EXTERIOR EAST WALL ON SINGLE 2X6 STAND IS UNSAFE. WALKED AREA NORTH OF APARTMENT AND FOUND LARGE AMOUNTS OF DRIED VEGETATION AND DEBRIS. A SMALL FIRE ON BUILDING AND DRIED WEEDS. TENANT STATES CATS ENTER OLD STORAGE ROOM AND GET INTO ATTIC CRAWL SPACE OF HER APARTMENT. THERE WAS A STRONG ODOR OF CAT WASTE WHEN INSPECTOR FIRST ENTERED APARTMENT. STORAGE ROOM IS NOW SECURED.

UNIT # 77 FOUND:

NO ONE HOME FOUND 2 CONNECTED COOLERS ON ROOF AND 1 COOLER STORED ON ROOF. LEFT CARD ON DOOR.

UNIT # 47 FOUND:
NO ONE HOME LEFT CARD ON DOOR.

UNIT #52 FOUND:
COOLER ON ROOF EMOVED AND LAYING ON ROOF. THERE IS A SECOND COOLER STILL CONNECTED ON ROOF.

EVERY UNIT ON SITE IS GETTING NEW A/C UNITS. SOME COOLERS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM UNITS. THERE IS A LOT OF DRIED VEGETATION, JUNKED MOTOR VEHICLES ON PROPERTY. INSPECTOR HAS BEEN ON THIS PROPERTY ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BEFORE. WILL RECOMMEND PROPERTY AS A SABER PROPERTY.

MET WITH RICK AND CECI IN OFFICE. PROPERTY IS DEEMED SABER.
