KITCHEN REFRIGERATOR DOORS DOES NOT SEAL PROPERLY LEAVING A GAP, ALLOWING ALL COLD AIR TO ESCAPE, REFRIGERATOR DOOR HANDLE MISSING, HALL WAY CEILING SHOWS EVIDENCE OF ROOF LEAK, RESIDENT STATED ROOF LEAKS WHEN IT RAINS, COOLER HAS BEEN REMOVED, COVERED HOLE WITH PIECE OF METAL, RAIN LEAKED AROUND WINDOWS EVIDENCE BY DETERIORATING DRYWALL, RESIDENT STATED THAT SHE HAD LIGHT A CANDLE AND HELD BY WINDOW AND THE WIND BLEW OUT CANDLE, HOT WATER TANK, PART OF DOOR MISSING AT BOTTOM AND ALSO HAS EXPOSED ROMEX LAYING ON DOOR JAMB.
