AND THEN IT WOULD TAKE A LITTLE TIME TO DO N/O, THIS WOULD GIVE HIM ENOUGH TIME TO WORK ON INSP. LOPEZ'S N/O. D.S.D STATED TO CONTRACTOR THAT NO SPACING EXIST AT THIS ADDRESS AND COULD NOT GET PERMIT FOR INSTALLATION OF NEW HEATER IN UNIT # 2, I EXPLAINED TO OWNER THAT I WOULD DO RESEARCH ON PROPERTY AND FOR CONTRACTOR TO WAIT UNTIL I FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON, I WOULD STILL NEED PERMIT BUT IT'S OK UNTIL I FIND OUT WHY THERE IS NO ADDRESSING OR SPACES ON SITE.
