I DID INSPECT PROPERTY OUTSIDE AND FOUND MANY ISSUES, MAIN WATERLINE HAS BEEN DUGGED UP FROM METER TO HOUSE. THERE IS NEW REPAIR WORK TO 3/4" LINE WITH PBC WHITE PIPE. THERE IS A SECTION ALSO FOUND WITH A TEMP FIX USING FLEX HOSE. THERE IS A AREA ABOUT 22' LONG IN SECTIONS. I FOUND THAT THE WOOD TRIM ON ROOF EVE'S FOUND SEMI ROTTED NEEDING PAINT AND (1) EAST SIDE BAY WINDOW FRAME FOUND ROTTED AT THE BOTTOM SECTION. PHOTOS TAKEN AT SITE. I DID LEAVE NOTICE ON DOOR NO ONE HOME LETTER ON DOOR. THERE IS REASON FOR DSD TO INSPECT FOR WORK WITH-OUT PERMITS. REF TO DSD. NOTICE TO FOLLOW.
