AT SITE TODAY I MET OWNER AND SON. THE UNIT HAS BEEN VACANT FOR 6 WEEKS WHILE REPAIRS ARE DONE. ALL OF THE ISSUES ABATED. DSD AT THIS TIME HAS CASE FOR W/O PERMITS (IE) WATER LINES IN FRONT UNIT REMAINS SECURED AND VACANT. ABATED. OKAY TO CLOSE CASE. |
