11/03/2003 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JCRAIG Approved TENANT WAS MET AT SITE, IS MAINTENANCE TEAM OF UNITS, UNITS ARE UNDER NEW OWNER'S AND SEEMS BETTER. I DID DO SITE VISIT AND INSPECTION OF UNIT 206. THE UNIT IS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE, THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE KITCHEN/BATHROOM FLOOR TILES LIFTING CAUSING TRIP HAZARDS, THE TENANTS DO NOT WANT TO FILE A REPORT BECAUSE THEY WORK FOR THE OWNER. THEY ASK TO JUST SUSPEND CASE TO A LATER DATE. PHOTO'S WERE TAKEN AT SITE THE UNIT HAS ONLY THE ONE ISSUE. I WILL SUSPEND CASE PER TENANTS REQUEST. SUSPEND CASE.
11/20/2003 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE JCRAIG Approved TENANT STATED THAT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE BEFORE DNR COULD RESPOND TO SITE. I DID REVIEW DOOR WHILE AT SITE. THERE IS A NEW KICK PLATE AT THE BOTTOM OF DOOR. NO OTHER ISSUES FOUND AT UNIT 105. I HAD TENANT SIGN COMPLAINT FORM STATING UNIT IS ABATED.
