TENANT STATED THAT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE BEFORE DNR COULD RESPOND TO SITE. I DID REVIEW DOOR WHILE AT SITE. THERE IS A NEW KICK PLATE AT THE BOTTOM OF DOOR. NO OTHER ISSUES FOUND AT UNIT 105. I HAD TENANT SIGN COMPLAINT FORM STATING UNIT IS ABATED. |
